What We Do
We are a specialist executive search company that provides search services to our clients on a retained basis, although we are able to offer a differentiated contingency service, where it is appropriate.
We recruit candidates across a broad salary range, although most of the sales positions we recruit are around £120-250K, depending on the location.
We manage the recruitment process, placing candidates in middle and senior managerial roles in key commercial functions, notably sales, pre-sales, business development, channel marketing, product management and marketing communications.
The assignments we receive are often very demanding, requiring us to carry out a detailed industry analysis and combine with the client’s organisation, the business culture and the hiring manager’s specific requirements, before commencing the search.
We start with a client brief, which we take time to assess and then have further discussions to clarify the hiring manager’s requirements. We will then map out the market and engage in further conversations, should there be any issues, such as remuneration.
Once we have a clear understanding, we move into search mode, using our market knowledge to target key leading candidates in the industry, often working for competitors, in order to deliver a very high standard of relevant candidates. All candidates are skilfully interviewed and then we decide if suitable for the position. We create the shortlist so we can discuss and assess the virtues of each candidate and finalise the list the client wants to interview.
Additional services can be provided, such as candidate psychometric assessment and referencing, if requested.
We aim to complete and deliver a shortlist to the client within 3-4 weeks and then continue to manage the process through to when the successful candidate starts work.
