I’m currently searching for a Sales Engineer to help manage and develop BT & Telefonica accounts for my client in the UK.
My client is a global leader in network performance and security solutions, has sales of $1.5bn and quoted on the NASDAQ. I’m looking for someone with around 5-10 years technical solution sales experience who has a good understanding of cloud, networking and security.
-Manage the technical sale of security, network and cloud based solutions
-Manage the RFx processes
-Responsible for providing support to the sales team in winning business
-Provide technical support in sales presentations
-Manage Field Trials/Proof of Concepts/Evaluations
-Provide informal product training to clients and team
-Identify business/technical problems and offer attractive solutions to the client
- Proven technical experience and knowledge in security and networking, especially DDoS and MPLS & BGP.
-Able to translate technical elements into commercial propositions and help the sales team persuade customers with your technical knowledge.
-Ability to communicate complex data/information and provide timely, cost effective, quality solutions to customers
- Team player with sales engineering experience with service provider customers.
My client is well established in the UK market, with offices in Berkshire, although this is a work from home role, so location is completely flexible in the UK.
