I’m currently searching for a Sales Engineer to help manage and develop Service Provider accounts for my US client in the DACH region.
My client is a global leader in security and SA solutions, has sales of $1.5bn and quoted on the NASDAQ. I’m looking for someone with around 5-10 years technical solution sales experience who has a good understanding of IP networking, so if you have a detailed knowledge in networking, this is the opportunity to get into the very hot security sector with an excellent company.
Key Responsibilities:
-Proven technical experience and knowledge in security and networking, especially DDoS and MPLS & BGP.
-Manage the RFx processes
-Responsible for providing support to the sales team in winning business
-Provide technical support in sales presentations
-Manage Field Trials/Proof of Concepts/Evaluations
-Provide informal product training to clients and team
-Identify business/technical problems and offer attractive solutions to the client
Key Requirements:
- Proven technical sales experience with security and/or networking solutions with Service Provider accounts
-Able to translate technical elements into commercial propositions and help the sales team persuade customers with your technical knowledge.
-Ability to communicate complex data/information and provide timely, cost effective, quality solutions to customers
-Fluent in German and business proficient or fluent in English
My client is well established in the German market, with offices in the Frankfurt area, although the position is a work from home role, so location is completely flexible, but ideally located in Germany, as this is the biggest market.
