We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive strategic deals across Asia, from pre-sales to after-sales. You’ll bridge the gap between customers and our R&D teams, delivering top-tier solutions and shaping our product strategy.
Your Role:
Leverage your engineering expertise to build strong customer relationships, qualify opportunities, and lead key projects. You’ll act as a customer advocate, supporting Sales, Business Development, and Product Management while ensuring an exceptional client experience—from initial contact to solution delivery.
What You’ll Do:

Communicate the value of our TETRA and LTE solutions to sales teams and partners.

Identify technical opportunities and craft tailored solutions.

Respond to tenders (RFI/RFP) with compelling proposals.

Deliver product presentations, demos, and execute proof of concepts (POCs).

Conduct competitor analysis to shape sales strategy.

Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to refine product messaging.

Travel extensively across Southeast Asia (30%) and occasionally to the UK.
What You Bring:
- Technical degree or equivalent experience
- Pre-sales engineering experience with a sales team
- Expertise in Android, Cloud/SaaS, 4G/5G networks, AWS, or Enterprise Mobility Management
- Strong technical presentation and solution-explaining skills
- Ability to build relationships across all levels
- Experience in proposal and tender writing
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia (Chinese/Thai is a plus!)
- Full driving license and willingness to travel
