I’m currently searching for a Sales Engineer to support the Service Provider Sales Team with their leading DDoS network security.
We are looking for someone to help develop Tier 2 Carrier & ISP accounts in the Pacific West & North West.
My client is a well-established publicly quoted US company who are expanding their sales engineering team that focuses on service provider sales in the US and is a market leader in the service provider sector with DDoS solutions.
-Proven technical experience and knowledge in security and networking, especially DDoS and MPLS & BGP.
-Manage the RFx processes
-Responsible for providing support to the sales team in winning business
-Provide technical sales presentations
-Manage Field Trials/Proof of Concepts/Evaluations/Bake-Offs
-Provide informal product training to clients and team
-Identify business/technical problems and offer attractive solutions to clients
- Proven technical sales experience with security and/or network visibility solutions
-Able to translate technical elements into commercial propositions and help the sales team persuade customers with your technical knowledge.
-Ability to communicate complex data/information and provide timely, cost effective, quality solutions to customers
- Used to working with large, complex customers taking a consultative approach
The position is a work from home role, so location is flexible within the Pacific North West & Western region including CA, AZ, WA, OR, CO & TX
Salary and benefits are excellent, and uncapped.
