Now, they’re looking for a high-performing Sales Director to drive growth across the Nordics and Netherlands, engaging major Service Providers and Critical Infrastructure players (utilities, government, transportation, etc.).


πŸ” Your Mission:

  • Exceed revenue goals through proactive sales leadership.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with Communication Service Providers and Critical Infrastructure organizations.
  • Drive pipeline growth through direct sales and channel partnerships.
  • Manage end customer relationships and develop new and existing accounts
  • Build a strong presence and promote solutions across the region.
  • Strategically plan and execute regional sales strategy

βœ… You Bring:

  • 5 years+ proven success selling telecom solutions, ideally Edge of Networks/Access solutions to Tier-1 Service Providers like Telia, Telenor, Tele2 in the Nordics. Experience with Vodafone & KPN etc in the Netherlands would be a bonus!
  • Strong network of relationships with C Level and throughout these organisations.
  • A "hunter" mindset with a history of new account generation..
  • Good technical understanding of telecom networking solutions.
  • Strong track record of achieving (or exceeding) sales target.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Fluency in English and ideally at least one other relevant local language
