Our client, a world leader in networking solutions, is trusted by Tier-1 service providers and critical infrastructure operators globally. Their state-of-the-art Carrier Edge, IoT, 5G, and mission-critical network technologies ensure uninterrupted connectivity – wherever it’s needed most.
Now, they’re looking for a high-performing Sales Director to drive growth across the Nordics and Netherlands, engaging major Service Providers and Critical Infrastructure players (utilities, government, transportation, etc.).
π Your Mission:
- Exceed revenue goals through proactive sales leadership.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with Communication Service Providers and Critical Infrastructure organizations.
- Drive pipeline growth through direct sales and channel partnerships.
- Manage end customer relationships and develop new and existing accounts
- Build a strong presence and promote solutions across the region.
- Strategically plan and execute regional sales strategy

You Bring:
- 5 years+ proven success selling telecom solutions, ideally Edge of Networks/Access solutions to Tier-1 Service Providers like Telia, Telenor, Tele2 in the Nordics. Experience with Vodafone & KPN etc in the Netherlands would be a bonus!
- Strong network of relationships with C Level and throughout these organisations.
- A "hunter" mindset with a history of new account generation..
- Good technical understanding of telecom networking solutions.
- Strong track record of achieving (or exceeding) sales target.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluency in English and ideally at least one other relevant local language
