Job Description

I'm searching for a Regional Sales Manager to develop sales with new and existing customers and partners across the SE Region.

My client is a world leader in the provision of critical radio and broadband communication systems used by oil & gas companies, airports, seaports, rail, metro, mining & utilities sectors in more than 60 countries.

𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Ensuring that annual objectives are met
  • Manage existing partners and customers, identifying further opportunities to add value and up sell
  • Identify and drive sales with potentially new, larger end users and system integrators, focusing in the region on the key vertical markets of oil & gas, utilities & transportation
  • Identification and recruitment of new local systems partners
  • Pro-actively and independently plan and carry out sales and product presentations to system integrators and chosen end users.
  • Engage at conferences, exhibitions, and lead customer meetings in the SE region.

 

 

Skills and Experience Required

• You will be a self motivated, driven sales manager with a proven track record of sales success, ideally in LMR or broadband systems

• Customer oriented and dedicated to building strong long term relationships.

• Able to express complex technical concepts and solutions in an easy and clear way.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ideally, you'll have technical knowledge of radio communications, having worked in the industry and be educated to degree level or higher.

This is a work from home position with frequent travel.

You should ideally be located in the Houston area, (although there is flexibility on this providing you're in the south) and be prepared to travel throughout the region on a frequent basis.
