I’m looking for a high-impact strategic leader who thrives on working in a fast paced environment, leading a B2G and B2B marketing team to drive to deliver growth.
The Head of Marketing will drive all marketing activity including all marcoms, product marketing, PR and events:-
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing and brand strategies aligned to business growth.
- Lead internal and external communications, PR, and thought leadership activities.
- Strategic management of the company’s image and reputation, building sustainable relationships with external stakeholders (especially Press, Government Affairs)
- Ensure company branding is strong, consistent across all marketing.
- Oversee on and offline marketing content creation, product marketing, and demand generation.
- Manage agency and media relationships and ensure strong ROI across campaigns.
- Track marketing KPIs, analyse trends, and report on performance and competitor activity.
- Develop an understanding of the product portfolio and ensure all content is engaging and technically correct.
- Inspire and develop the marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Manage within the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources and maximise company return on investment for all activities
- Act as a positive role model – an ambassador for the Company’s reputation and excellence
Some business travel is required, collaborating regional offices around the world.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience & track record of success in a strategic B2G & B2B marketing role, ideally within a technology-based industry, ideally the critical communications industry.
- Skilled in brand marketing, creating compelling value propositions and harnessing the power of PR in B2G and B2B sectors
- A strong presenter who can be an advocate for the brand at public events.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media, ensuring strategies are innovative and effective
- Strong leadership, able to develop and nurture your team as well as work and cross-functional with strong collaborative skills.
