Job Description

My client is a global leader in telecom access solutions. As an industry pioneer for over 40 years, they supply communications service providers and critical infrastructure operators in over 150 countries with best-in-class network interface devices, industrial IoT, 5G xHaul, and Operational WAN solutions.

Mission: Lead the sales team and develop my client’s Business in LATAM for the Communication Service Providers, Utilities, Transportation and Government sectors

Main Activities:


  • Reach & Exceed Annual Sales: Product, Services & Maintenance
  • Develop Sales activities in the relevant region to achieve aggressive annual growth
  • Acquire new customers while maximizing the business potential of the Installed Based
  • Experience in direct and indirect (via channels) sales


  • Establish strong relationships with customers
  • Develop partnerships to prepare and enable scalability
  • Established industry contacts and strong rolodex of customers in region, primarily in Telmex, Total Play, Claro, ETB, Millicom, Ufinet and Utilities like Enel, EPM, AES.

  • Lead the Sales Team to overachievement through professional excellence, clear and repeatable sales processes and forecasting accuracy.
  • Managing a team of Sales and Pre-sale Engineers.

  • Prerequisite Professional Experience
  • Extensive sales experience in the relevant region - LATAM
  • Proven sales leadership
  • Strong experience in selling telecom solutions

  • Extensive experience in sales for SP’s/Telco’s in the relevant regions
  • Extensive experience in sales for Government and for Utility sectors in the relevant regions
  • Updated relevant connections in the Utilities, Government & in the SP’s industry in the relevant regions
