My client is a well-established company that has been a leader in the USA for over 30 years, specialising in network device solutions, including carrier ethernet and AI-driven edge of network solutions and they’re now looking for Sales Account Director to develop the key Service Provider accounts, Lumen & Brightspeed.

Responsibilities
- Owns primary responsibility to maintain and grow existing annual business with key named accounts
- Manages large cross functional team in the delivery of all products and services
- Provides accurate quarterly and annual forecast guidance for bookings and revenue
- Promotes products and solutions within the assigned region
- Develop sales strategy to identify and pursue opportunities
- Clearly and concisely documents all customer engagements
- Provide detailed customer feedback for product planning purposes
- Develops and presents detailed sales strategy and progress to internal management team
- Prospects for and develops other CSP accounts as assigned
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years experience managing tier 1 & 2 accounts and are able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of sales processes, deployments, PoC’s and have existing senior level relationships ideally in both accounts.
- Requires a strong “hunter” mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset to generate new business at both existing and future accounts as assigned
- Must have a 5-10 years with a proven track record of selling telecommunication products and solutions (Ethernet, TDM technologies, IIoT) to Service Providers in the US
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Possess integrity, self-motivation, and professionalism to collaborate well with others
- If you're based in either Denver or Charlotte this is a plus, although we're open to receive applications from candidates across the US located close to any major airport hub for ease of travel.
- Around 50% or more of your time will be traveling around the US visiting customers offices and facilities.
