We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and manage key partnerships in Southeast Asia. You'll work with regional partners, engage with end users, and expand our market presence across industries like Government, Oil & Gas, and large System Integrators.
Your Role:

Manage and grow regional accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Identify new business opportunities and partners to expand our footprint.

Convert leads into ongoing revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Collaborate with our Asia team to develop new markets and verticals.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Travel regionally (~50%) with some overseas trips to Europe.
What You Need:

Degree in Business Management or relevant industry experience.

5+ years in sales/account management within radio communications.

Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to engage with senior stakeholders across industries.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia & English (Thai/Chinese is a plus).
